ANT provides drying solutions for many industrial fields, such as R&D of new production process, expansion of production capacity, process improvement and etc..
We serve customers in Industry, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Daily Necessities, Biotechnology and etc..

Series of Hot-Air Drying :

Vertical-Type Batch Oven: for semi-automatic production; usually along with trolleys by manual operation.
Continuous Conveyor Oven: for fully-automatic production line; usually along with workpiece of automated conveying.
Hanging-Type Conveyor Oven: for fully-automatic production line; usually along with thin workpiece of automated conveying.
Rack-Type Conveyor Oven: for fully-automatic production line; usually the workpiece is loaded into racks for automated conveying.
High-Temp. Oven: for high-temp. process around 200~500℃; usually for glass or other industrial production process.
Clean-Room-Type Oven: for drying which requires high cleanliness up to Class 100.
N2 Oven: for oxygen-free drying process; O₂ content: below 100ppm.

Series of UV Drying :

Flat-Type UV Curing Machine: for fully-automatic production line; usually along with 2D workpiece for ink curing.
Low-Temp.-Type UV Curing Machine: for fully-automatic production line; usually along with workpiece which has temp. limitation for low-temp. ink curing.
3D-Type UV Curing Machine: for fully-automatic production line; usually along with 3D workpiece for low-temp. ink curing.

Series of IR Drying :

IR Conveyor Oven: for fully-automatic production line; usually along with the ink which requires speedy drying. Different materials available for the IR lamp such as glass, ceramics and etc.. Wave length: mainly near IR and middle IR.
Hot Air + IR Conveyor Oven: for fully-automatic production line; combination of Hot Air & IR; usually along with the ink which requires speedy drying as well as high uniformity.
